Q: Numbness of Skin

There is an area about 4'x4' just over my left shoulder blad that is numb. I can feel itching very often but when I try to scratch I can't seem to find the spot. Is this a possible spinal disorder?

I have the same thing

but its under my shoulder blade & in the center of this numb area is a mole but I cant find any answers either?
