There can be some genetic factors that
predispose someone toward different
behaviors. You know, like alcoholism and
whatnot. And when someone has serious
addiction patterns (theyre anorexic, then
they start taking drugs, then its alcohol,

basically it says that if you have a lot
of serotonin, youre prone to anxiety (and
when someone stops eating/eats a lot less,
their bodies produce less serotonin,
adjusting the persons mood. However,
over time, the body will adapt and produce
the same level of serotonin it once had,
and then the person has to eat less and
less and less...Its an endless cycle,
really).
Then there's also how you're raised, which
can have a huge effect on eating patterns,
self esteem, etc.
