Q: Numbness In Hand

Hi again, lately i've been feeling a strange numbness and tingling in my right hand, more specifically on the little finger and the part of the hand that follows it. I use the computer a lot and I fell asleep a couple times on my desk over my arms, and I think my right arm elbow nerve got pressed.. When I woke up I felt this numbness but unlike other kind of numbness that goes away after a few seconds or minutes this lasted for more than an hour and now(after two days) i'm still feeling a little tingling on that part of the hand from time to time and it lasts for hours.
Could this be just an injured nerve on the elbow that will heal after couple days or something worse??

I get it too. When it starts to tingle, open and close your hand continuously under running warm-hot water. Trust me it helps.
