Hi,

i have depersonalization and derealization feelings since my delivery, since 3 years, and I wonder if someday I will be okay again. I feel always like a in a bad dream, like if I lost some minutes or time. I usually don't feel grounded at all and I had a lot to do with time. When I try to be grounded, I become really depressed. I don't know why. Also, sometimes I look at my siblings and family and they look unfamiliar to me.

I know it's depersonalization and derealization symptoms, I just saw many doctos and psychiatrists since 3 years. I take zopiclone to help me for this, others meds worsen the dp/dr but help depression.

I would like to know other people in my condition, especially after a delivery.

Thanks a lot!
