I have been off bc since april and haven't had a regular period. I went to the doctor and they gave me these pills (i can't remember the name) to help get my period again. So I did get my period in may then june 4th I had a real bad pain and bleed a lot at once so I assumed I was getting my period but the next day it was over.

I am very bloated, crampy, tired, and I have heartburn. So, I took a test and it came out negative. Is my body just not use to being off the pill or could I be pregnant?
