I believe I have what's called "thrush" in my penis-area. I pretty much have all the symptoms that i've checked online. It only started a couple of days ago. Online, on some website, I read it can happen by tight-fitting clothes. Is this true? Because if so, I believe I may have gotten it by wearing tight jeans--i started wearing tight girl jeans recently. And there has been a huge amount of irritation when I wear them, since my boxer underwear that I have are all size large. When I put on my tight jeans, the boxer material would all ball up because there would be so much of it. So, my penis hardly had any room and would be irritated. Could this be why i've gotten thrush?

For the past few days i've been trying to clean out all of the crust-like things under my penis skin from thrush. I've noticed that the tip of my foreskin is red and looks different from everything else. Also, when I press down towards the middle of my penis I notice a weird sort of feeling that's kind of soothing yet not soothing at all at the same time--kind of like an itching sensation.

When I walk around in my huge boxers, my penis feels alright--with all the room it has. However, it'll get itchy sometimes--and that reason i'm unsure of.

i don't want to have to use any medication for this--so if there's some way that I could get rid of it by doing something else, that'd be good. I was thinking if I don't wear my tight jeans for a while i'd be alright--but i'm not sure. Please post with replies!

you can get thrush cream from the chemist but its not going to go away just by not wearing tight jeans for a while, althouhg this will help to stop the irritation.

Thrush is a yeast infection so you need to get it cleared up.

Hope this helps

hmm, well now i'm not sure if it's thrush. It seemed like it and maybe still does. I have some little crusty things but that's really the only rather scarce symptom I have of it. The tip of my foreskin is not really red much longer and it's not anywhere as bad as it seemed around the time when I first posted this thread. And i've been wearing my tight jeans for the past 4 days in a row. Maybe this isn't thrush. I haven't been feeling too irritated recently. Not sure though. It just makes me mad though if it is thrush, because the only reason I think I could've gotten it from is my tight jeans, or at least that's what i've read. What are other explanations? I have a girlfriend and we've never really done anything rather sexual besides kiss. In fact, I myself have never done anything too bad in sexual terms--masturbation/kissing is all i've done--i'm only a decently young teenager. It would feel kinda weird going up to my parents telling them I need to go see a doctor. Plus, I have some kind of wart-looking thing on my penis which i'm pretty sure isn't an std since i've had it before my teenage years, before I was even aware of anything sexually related. Basically, i'm all confused. Dang it. please reply back.

You probably just had irritation, and thats y your penis was so red.

As for the crusty stuff, does it reappear after you have cleaned it????
Maybe you need to be extra hygienic???

You don't have to go the doctors with your parents!! You can go alone and the dr can't say anything because of patient confidentiality.

most of the time now, I just keep on getting very small pieces of crusty stuff. Not sure if its reappearing, but its a very small amount. Much smaller than before... Before, there were large amounts that I cleaned out. Now there's not any more of those large amounts, maybe just 1-3 crusty pieces every now and then that I can notice when I simply go to take a piss. However, it doesnt reappear as fast as between times that I go take a piss. Maybe after each day. I don't know.

Also, the "wart-looking thing" I mentioned before... What can that be? Like I said before, it can't be an std since I have never done any sexual acts before. My girlfriend and I kiss, but I know that she's perfectly clean. Kiss and masturbation is all i've done.

If I wanna go to the doctor, i'd have to go to the doctor with my parents. I'm not old enough to drive and I can't just walk by myself to the doctor and all of the sort. I'm definitely not going to sneak to the doctor.
