I been having pains in my lower left abdomen, which shoot down my left leg,but not constant,and i been having pain and discomfort in my arms and legs,like they are falling asleep.also i dont feel like eating and my bowel movements aren't regular....I also feel somewhat bloated. could you give me your opinion on this and tell me what i need to do.

It is hard to diagnose this condition only given the symptoms you describe. You will need to go to your doctor for a physical examination, standard blood work, an abdominal ultrasound and laboratory check for hidden bleeding in the stool before you will know what is causing this disturbance. Endoscopic procedures (gastroscopy and colonoscopy) may be required at a later point.
