Q: Painful Intercourse

I am 59 I dont want to talk to my doctor about this as I fell awkward but it is affecting my 38 year marriage.When we have sex it is very painful I have tried lubrication but it has not helped do you have any advise as to what would help.

Im 20 and have had the same problem. Please please pluck up the courage and talk to your doctor. It could help you so much. Look vulvaitis( or something like that) up on the internet. There are support grops which are so usefull. Best of luck. Xx

I'm 50 and experience painful intercourse and never had before I went through menopause...I was concerned so I went to my doctor and she said that when u go through menopause the lining of your virgina becomes very thin...But, u should probably check with your own doctor.....What part hurts u ? I'm wondering if it's the same with me
