Q: Liver Failure

Hi i'm only 15 and already I have taken 4 overdoses. I am too scared to tell my mum but I think I might have to soon because I think I might have messed up my liver. Does any one have any seggestions of what I can do. If so can you pleases let me know because I really need help. Thank you
