Has Anyone Had Bad Side Affects?

Has anyone had bad side affects from cymbalta? I was always a happy person until over the past year when my husband and I have had alot of out of control problems come our way. To control the anxiety, depression, and anger that I am feeling I was placed on cymbalta but I feel that it helps some days and other days my snxiety and edgeness get spiked two times fold!!!!! Is it normal specially in the beginning to have up and down emotions? Or should I be leveled out to a point of not caring about anything around me? I hope someone has answers for me I seem to have trouble getting any responces!!! Thank you heather
