I Hate When Ppl Starve Theirself, But Why Do I Do It Then? Posted: 08-17-03 03:23am
Hello, I am 14 and I have been in
hospitals with people that have eating
disorders. I see how skinny they are
and think to myself. " it worked for
them, it should be able to work for me."
I mean I know its very sad. I am very
selfish. But I always see myself
turning down meals because I think that
im too fat. I hide that from alot of
people. I tell them im not hungry or my
stomach hurts or something. I have never
been a good eater, and notw its worse. I
don't know. I guess im just wasting
time.

eater..... I just wish that I can starve
my weight away.... But it dont work.....

You bothe shouldnt do that to your bodies.
I use to weight 195 lbs I was depressed I
didnt know what to do I would make my
selfe throw up so I wouldn feel guilty
because I ate food. I got tired of
touturing my body so I started looking for
ways to loose waight. I thought of things
I like. I like soccer so I joined a
soccer team I didnt care how fat I looked
next to all the slim girls I did all the
exercise they did I have it all I had and
every night before I went to sleep I feelt
good and pround of my self I didnt start
to loose weight fast but I keept getting
stronger when I started I could barely run
for half an hour .After I could run two
hours non stop all this exercise keept my
mind of food I even got hungrier I would
eat and half an hour later I would go out
and jog. Thats how I got life toghether
by doing things I enoy you shoul try it
