I first noticed that my foreskin did not retract over the head of my penis when I was about 16-17 ( before then I didn't know it wasn't supposed to). I did much research on the situation and found out that it takes some males longer for this to occur... So I patiently waited up to this point (i recently turned 19) and not much change has occured. After doing further research on this I have found numerous cases where older men report the same situation and find no problem ( much like me ). I have no problem with urination, no pain or discomfort during masturbation, and I don't see a problem when it comes to intercoarse ( although there may be complications during oral sex....Of coarse).

I was able to find a webpage which pretty much shows my condition exactly. Note : this is not me...But the exact same situation exits.

I was considering seeking medical attention but obviously I will not do so if it isn't necessary.

Thank you.
