Q: Weird Bump

Hi today I realized a had a weird bump on my penis right at the beginning of the shaft. It is red and has a tiny red bump on top of it it kind of looks like a pimple. It dosent irritate me at all but there was kind of a scab on it. Its right below the pubes. I have had sex with my girlfriend but she is positive she has no stds. Any idea of what it could be?
