Hi...My anus has been hurting for the last week or so and i have recently noticed that their is a brown, mole like lump on the ring of my anus. I was wondering if it is serious or if it will go away on its own and possibly what it may be...Thank You

You could be experiencing an inflamed hemorrhoid but it has to be examined first. You can apply a balsam or suppository that contains an antiseptic, antibiotic and anesthetic for the time being. You can visit your doctor for a through examination of the affected area.
