Can genital warts be popped? I popped two different lumps, one on each side of my penis and they blood oozed out. Both of them looked like a skin tag. I popped someting on my scrotum and it oozed out white stuff and once some blood. My doctor so the "skin tag" and said it's genital warts, but I of course disagree. Can you give me any ideas of what it could be. The bumps on my penis, I was able to move all around and squeeze (it's not hard at all)
