Q: Vein On Testicle

Hello, recently I had some slight testicle pain, more of an ache really, that would radiate from the right to the left and occasionally down my thighs. I went to the doctor, who examined and said he felt nothing out of the ordinary. He reccommended a urine test, which came back normal. About three days after the examination, I noticed a thin vein/tube type thing had appeared near the end of my testicle. It's not very long, and doesn't feel hard or craggy. There is also a hint of a similar one on the left. I think maybe its varicocele or maybe it's just a vein i've brought to the surface from doing a ridiculous amount of worried self examining. There's no swelling and both testicles are soft and normal. I'm just worried it's cancer, even though this is probably unlikely considering its a soft vein that's appeared after discomfort in the testicles, and very recently after a doctor's examination in which he felt nothing out of the ordinary. Right?

Testicular Pain
It is natural to have a vein near the testicle because of blood circulation and that. So I think that is normal.

Although, I have also been getting testicular pain aswell and have seen the docter for examinations and they told me that everything is fine. They said that it was chronic epididymis or something like that they said that there is'nt any or actually treating the pain - but the condition is not serious - it's just that there is no permenant solution to treat the pain although they are is medication they can give you - it still does not stop the pain in the long-run. So I am trying to find out whether any way of treating the pain permenantly. I have had this for around 2 years now and I am just getting fed up of it

so the tesicle pain you are experiancing, might be the problem as explained above or you can search on the web and find out what it could be.
