:d I am in the odd situation of being stuck with an uncomfortable erect since it woke me 4am yesterday...
It is now 11.35 am the following day = 19.5 hours later, with no sign of it relaxing.
I rang my doctor who said, after checking the internet that I ought to go to hospital accident and emergency as failure to seek suitable remedial action might result in the need to remove the penis, after unsuccessful attempts to remedy, which might include removal of blood from the penis or other injected medication.

She also said she had never injected an erect penis and had no intention of starting that personally, so I am faced with a visit to the acident and emergency unit and all the giggles and sniggers that may accompany such a visit...
Happy to try a few alternatives first....
Masturbation has not worked, nor have hot or cold compressess...
