Hello, just some background info: I have a mild varicocele and im 18 yrs of age. The varicocele hasnt given me any problems and I rarely have pains...I used to have little pains but they all went away...I also got it checked out by the urologist and he said he doesnt even know if I have a varicocele because that day it was really cold and hard to feel the "bag of worms"... To the urologist it seemed like he was suprised I was worrying so much...But I know for sure I have a varicocele because a previous doctor had identified it...

Anyways...

So, recently for about 1-2 months, everytime I get an erection I notice that both of my balls turn hard. It remains hard until im flaccid or about 5 minutes after ejaculation. Otherwise, when im not doing anything my balls feel normal and not as hard. People told me that your balls do turn hard when you ejaculate, but im talking about everytime im aroused and it has never happened before. There isnt really any pain, but im still worried about what could be causing this. I think if I visit him again there will be the same result. Could having a varicocele cause this?
