Amazing Natural Product That Helped Me Sleep

It is a product called ionic fizz. Thats the brand name and they sell different kinds of vitamins and minerals. Ionic fizz magnesium plus is what I use. The instructions are on the back you just use a scoop or two in warm water and you can refrigerate it after it fizzess. After drinking it for about two or three days I have been sleeping better because about a week before I would have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I got the point where I could fall asleep fine, but then I would wake up three hours later and be in and out until about 6am. I was miserable and I started reading about magnesium and how a defiency can really affect sleep. Regular magnesium pills (magnesium oxide) may not do the trick because it goes straight through you, but because this stuff is "ionic" it is absorbed by the body better. You can get it at like any health food store i'm sure, but try to get something that is liquid or powder, but do your own research!! Hope this helps.
