December of last year I became ill with quite a strong virus whose symptoms were very similiar to flu (aches in muscles, sweating but cold, etc.). It struck me very fast. I was fine the one minute then I suddenly became dizzy and started to sweat. My heart was racing and I began shaking. The whole virus lasted 24 hours (i was better the day after).
But one of the symptoms was a pulsing throb at the back of my head, which I still feel on a daily basis even after 7 months, i'm also getting a light tingly feeling in my head and sometimes get slightly disorientated when standing up or moving quickly. Other symptoms include; shakes, sweats and headaches.
Having been to see a doctor and had a blood test, which came back normal, I was told that most of how i'm feeling could still be the result of recovering from the virus. Could that be the case? I find it a little hard to believe as there has been no improvement.
