I just came across this site here and it mentions the role of neurotransmitters in premature ejacultion.
just look at this here:
"when the erectile drugs pde-5 inhibitor won't work, you have a severe neuro-endocrine disorder - with a low testosterone/dht level and/or a deficiency of the acetylcholine => no(nitric oxide) => cgmp ( cyclic guanosine monophosphate ) nervous erectile mechanism.
You don't have much left for sex."
since I also suffer from pe and cannot really gain more control of my ejacultions even though I tried the whole techniques (squeeze technique, start stop technique) I also asked myself wether the reason for my pe could not simply be neurotransmitters. I also have a feeling that I might have a low serotonine level.
But what I read on this site sounds really concerning it sounds like you can mess up your neuro-endocrine system to a point where there's no help at all!
what do you think about this? Do you think this site is trustworthy?
But the whole connections between hormones, neurotransmitters and prostaglandins sounds pretty scientific to me.
