Hi all. I am taking birth control pills and have been for a little over a year now. I want to start taking a vitamin called biotin because I heard that it was very good for hair, nails, skin etc. However I am terrified that it might maybe reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills? I have heard that some vitamins do this and I was just curious if anyone knew anything about what biotin might do to their effectiveness. Thansk for all your help!
