Q: Movement Under Left Rib Cage.

I have been experiencing movement under my left rib cage.The other day I also had a burningfeeling around the same location. What could this be from?

I am 5'7 130 lbs and excercise on a daily basis but have been feeling movement daily under my left rib cage for 2 weeks now. I tested myself at home for pregnancy but it was negative (all 4 tests) I ended up getting my period and even then continued to feel some movement under my left rib cage. I continue to feel it on a daily basis...Does anyone have any idea why?
