"stitch" - Pain - Left Side (under Rib's) Posted: 06-13-06 08:29am
Hi, im a 16 year old male. Play alot of
sports. Ive noticed over the past year
after intense sporting activity that I
develop a pain, "stitch" - pain - left
side (under rib's).
It intensifies when I play sports. Ive
tried fasting 24 hours before playing
sports to see if that was a problem.
Didnt work.
Tonight I have an important game, I feel
the pain comming along already today,
someone sayed to me last night about
dehydration? So im drinking pints after
pints of water today.
Im really confused about this, had it for
about a year. Reallyyyy annoying when
playing sports.
I do drink alcohol a little, once a week.
No more than 5 or 6 pints. Not usually
every week like, dont smoke.. Could
this be liver problem or anything else
causing pain?
