I have been hearing if you cruch on ice your iron is most likely low~! If anyone has any information on this please let me know!

Totally not true. An iron deficiency would make you weak and lightheaded among other things...Not make you want to crunch ice.

I was told that cruching on ice is a sign that you are sexually frustrated. I am not. I don't think that is true.

Actually, it is true - but not for everyone. Some people chew ice because they are nervous or just want something crunchy. But in some instances, anemic individuals will chew ice - its a condition called pica. Some people with pica even crave dirt. It's a very strange, yet fascinating condition.

New to the Anemia Thing
This is actually true! I just found out a week ago that I had Iron defienciency Anemia. I am truelly addicted to ice so I decided to do the research and this condition is known as pica, a "disorder" associated with anemia.
