Q: Upper Abdomen Pain

Please help. I have been having upper abdomnen pains for a while. I have visted my gp who did a scan and ran some blood tests but everything came out fine. Here are my symptoms:
-sometimes pain upper right abdomen (some days there, somedays not)
- upper abdom pain (sensitive feeling)
- semi solid diarrhea in morning and sudden urge to go to bathroom
- stools normal colour
- when I am lying down, I can feel lump in upper abdomen (sausage shape-and lies horizonal across stomach)...Sometimes there, sometimes I cant feel it. Feel like it moves around (if that makes sense!)

i dont feel terribly unwell but stomach pains (here 1 month now) been bothering me.

Any ideas?

Upper Abdominal Pain

I had gb surgery in 2001 and the pain under my right rib never goes away. I know what you mean about feeling like something is moving. I've been for many tests and i'm told everything is o.K.
I've been looking around for some kind of help to find out if there's anything that can help with the chronic pain that is coupled with many trips to the bathroom. I read something about pancreatis but I don't know what that is and need to / intend to learn more.
If anyone has has suggestions....

they say that ibs i having same problem and they do test and say ibs and acid reflux but i dont think so because i have more problems pain on right side now bad go up to throat were i feel like a heavy weigh is on it can breath pain on left side to and middle go to barthroom something have alot of pain pain goes all the way up to jaw and upper back when real bad my stomachache the same way over a 1 year it start gotten worse good luck take care let no how you make out if i find out i let you no
