Q: Right Abdominal Pain...?

Ever since 9 pm the night before last i've been feeling a constant abdominal pain on my right side. It started right below my ribs and is now above my hip. It's not like a stomachache or cramping, just a dull pain that increases every once in awhile. I don't know what's causing it.

Things to note:
no increase/decrease in pain when pressure is applied or after releasing gas.
Noticed tonight a gurgling in the area above my hip that seems to be most common when I lie down. I don't know whether or not it was there before.
No real nausia except once, and that could have been from what I ate and might not have been, so that's not definite.
No problems with constipation or diarrhea.
A few nights ago, I felt a sharp pain in my back. Soon after, my left arm got tingly. I don't know if this is related at all.
I have been eating a lot more fruit in the past two days, which makes me wonder (hope) it's related to gas, but I can't be certain.

Any insight?
