Your medical record is a private document that only you and your doctorcan legally share. Your medical record can be opened for others (people who are not your doctor) only with your permission or under a court’s order. Your spouse doesn’t have the legal right to access your medical record... but you can be honest with him and tell him if you have some disease that might concern him. Genital warts are definitely that kind of disease.
