Im 39 a woman, .....

Okay 18 months ago, had a uti that showed e coli infection. I was very ill and took over 3 months to feel better. Now 3 months ago, I felt the syptoms coming back. Had numerous dip tests showed protein, ect in urine, so recommended culture . Nothing showed up! Numerous cultures later, still nothing.

I can stop peeing, when I laugh or cough I pee, ect, and feel always something is there .....Pee wise.

I went to an uroligist for the first consultation on friday, he has prescribed me a 2 week long anti biotic nitrofurantoin 100mg 4 x a day, and to come back in 2 weeks if its not better to do further tests.

Of course im worried for the worse..Like bladder cancer etc, although I have no blood in urine.... Im supposed to be doing ivf soon, and now, thats on hold.....

Please help!! :( .
