Q: Hyperpigmentation Treatment For Ethnic Skin

I have hyperpigmentation on one side of my face, which is very noticeable. I have tried every product under the sun with hydroquinlone 2% and so far nothing has worked. My question is: does anyone know of any products that will get rid of the hyperpigmentation that is specifically made for people of color?
