Q: Low Progesterone

Hello,
i am about 7 weeks along now, I have had an ultrasound and seen a heartbeat and everything which is very exciting! My doctor tested my blood for progesterone because I have a history of miscarriage. The level came back low so he perscribed supplements. How does supplemental progesterone compare to natural? I'm so worried and anxious. I guess this is just the beginning of being a worried parent.

Hey,

i had the same thing happen to me. So much its scary!! At 6 weeks, I went to the doctor and the same thing happen to me. I have heard different things about the progesterone supplement, but one thing I heard is that it makes the baby smarter!! I am now 11 weeks pregnant and have had no more complications. I hope everything works out for you. :p
