Heart Problems

:( :?: could I possibly have a heart problem? My doctor just recently put me on high blood pressure meds. I have been having attacks that used to be like panic attacks, but, are worse than ever. Losing control of bladder and bowels. Almost fainting, eyesight almost gone, not easy to breath, and a little nausuasa. It passes in about a half hour. I do get panic attacks, so I take ativan in case it is a panic attack, but, now, I am beginning to wonder. I know what panic attacks can do, but, until now, they symptoms were never like this. Can anyone tell me that they have gone through the same thing and if so, what is it?
