Q: Hard to Breathe...is it Heart Condition or Anxiety?

so heres whats been going on with me i went to the doctor cause its been really hard to breathe and my hearts been raceing he said that the two tubes connected to the heart shoot of at a delayed time one whoots before the other and he said that would explain the heart conditon but he said the breathing part might be a little anxeity and my dad had anxeity when he was a kid here are my symptoms fast heart beat, tight chest, trouble breathing, pain in arms, lightheaded, fears of death, always tired, chest pains what do you think this is doctor please tell me

Anxiety & Stress Answer A1091
You may request an ECG and an echocardiography. Both methods are non-invasive and safe. Echocardiography can detect any unsynchronized work between the heart chambers. If the echocardiography is OK, then the condition might be caused by anxiety.
