I'm very overweight and have recently been diagnosed with depression. Lately, the idea of purging has been looking more and more appealing. I'm afraid i'm on the verge of an eating disorder, and I don't know what to do. I really need to lose weight (the faster the better) to feel both healthier and happier. But I have trouble with sticking with something that doesn't give me fast results. Any ideas?

Purging is not the way. Try to get an eating plan at a nutritionist and really stick to it, that's the best solution.

Please do not start purging. It does not work, as soon as you eat your body absorbs the calories right away. If you are that desperate please see a nutritionist. Once you start purging it is hard to stop. I have an eating disorder and I have done and taken everything possible to loose weight and now i'm paying the consequences. Please think about it before you start purging.
