Hi people.

Im an 18 year old male, in good shape etc.

Ive just noticed that I hav what appears to be almost like a third testicle. I think I hav had it for a while but only just actually looked and seen it today. On a very rare ocations when I am no horny my sack will go tight and my right testicle will hirt like hell, I have to hold it and pull it down to try and ease the pain. This pain has only happened about 3 times in my life so I didnt realy thing much of it.

When looking today ontop of my right testicle there is another lump about one third the size of my testicle. From what I can feel its attached to my right testicle by somthing almost like a small bit of string.

I only think ive had this for longer than just recently because the feeling of pain caused when I feel the area connecting my right testicle to the lump is the same feeling as when it was really painfull.

It doesnt normally cause my any pain or problems and everything functions properly, im just unsure about what the lump or could be.

Please advise.
Thanks

Hey!
You should go to the doctor. I is not so bad! After that you can be sure which is your problem. Maybe you have found some normal organ, maybe there is some infection. I know that going to doctor is very difficult to guys with these kind of problems, but it is worth of it!

You shoulod go to the doctor - some guys get fluid filled cysts around their genitals which can be sorted out, this is probably what it is (even if it feels solid) you should get it checked just to be safe though.
