My stomach is swollen like I am 9 months pregnant but I am not. Could this be ovarian cancer?

Excess weight may be the reason for swollen stomach. If you are experiencing a tumor, it may originate from any organ in the abdomen, including the ovaries. You can consult your General Practitioner and seek expert help from a specialist after your initial examination.
