I have an appointment to see the Dr. About this but for now, here are my symptoms. I'm just trying to organize my questions and get some ideas.

Symptoms.
-------------
dull, nagging ache in right testicle. Pain subsides when I walk around or stand. Self examination revealed no abormalities to the touch but there is tenderness. No swelling, nothing unusual except for the ache.

Some nausea
some dizziness
sleepy (after eight hours of sleep)
some gas, more than usual.
Pain in the lower back, more toward the spine.
Normal appetite.
Stools and urination seem normal.
Might have a low-grade fever but I have not taken my temp.
Scared and worried.

Brief history:
------------------
undescended testicle as a child. Was treated immediately.
Nephew had an undescended testicle--was treated and released.
Hispanic
diabetes runs in family.
No cancer history in family.
This testicular pain seems to happen in the beginning of summer.
Diagnosed and treated for a viral based zoster type of rash in groin area. This rash seems to return two to three times a year.

Any insights would be appreciated, thanks.
