Confused

Im 20 and just the last week one of my testicles has been abit sore just hurting abit when I touch it. Stuff like that. It dont seem totally normal but I dont honest I know what it looked like b4 so it maybe the same this has happened b4 just hurting 4 a day or 2 and in the end it was nothing. Im going 2 see a doctor next week not about this but will talk to him about this as well. Just its eating me up inside and was wondering what it may be I mean could it just be bruising (how ever u spell it when u someone or something hits u). Just can someone give me an idea of what may be up 2 stop me worrying so much. It feels a lil larger than normal but not sure it is or its just me thinking it is it not visibly larger. :(
