Q: Anyone Had a Spinal Tap?

For anyone who has had a spinal tap, please tell me how long it took you to recover. I had one 3 weeks ago and my back is still sore. Is this normal?

Yep, i've had one. I wasn't allowed to get up for 12 hours. I had a mylogram they took 10cc's of spinal fluid out and injected 10cc's of dye into my back. We watched it on a monitor they were using for this purpose. Again, after 12 hrs. I was fine.
