Q: Are Post-Surgicial Complications from Hysterectomy causing D

im 14months post hysterectomy and in terrible pain with my hips,abdomen,my scar and my back.also my scar still keeps opening up and getting infected the last tome being 4weeks ago,my doctor said he could see some stiches still inside and they needed to be removed by the surgeon that performed my t.a.h but my hospital is making me wait 6 mounths just to see him now im on antideppressents as im so fed up had to give one of my jobs up as i cant manage because of the pain.do you know why after all this time ive still got stitches inside,it once leaked fluid for 2 weeks solid but my doctors said it was just an infection and nothing to worry about,weven though i kept telling them that things didnt feel right now i feel so let down.i wish id never had it done feels like i went in hospital as me and came out as someone else and my marridge is suffering terribly from this.

It seems that you are experiencing a severe post-operative complication: infection of the operative wound and reaction against surgical stitches in the wound. Depression can be related to these complications, but not necessarily. You can ask for your legal rights from the hospital wherethe hysterectomy was performed. The doctors there must cure your post-operative complication.
