In order to get pregnant.. Do you have to break the little layer of skin?.. Some poeple call it "the cherry".... Question

Yes!!! With a penis that then ejaculates into the vagina at or very close to the time of ovulation. Remember though that the "cherry" can be broken by horse riding, a fall, etc.
