It doesn't seem likely that the two sores your posted are scabies. Scabies manifests with red papules (more than two), usually located in the groins, arm-pits or between the fingers. The papules itch particularly during the night. There is no pain associated with scabies. Scratching, however, can cause excoriations and secondary bacterial infection. The sores on your body are perhaps inflammation of the hair follicle. You can apply balsam on them containing antibiotic and corticosteroid, which will need to be prescribed by a doctor.
