I Dont Feel Too Good...help?

Have you taken a home pregnancy test? You need to confirm you are pregnant

I am positive. I do not need to take a test.


I stupidly ( but knowingly and conciously made the decision to ) had unprotected sex. Several times.

My period is 3 weeks late-i have never been late a day in my life, early but not late.

I wake up nauseas and it does not go away till I eat breakfast then it comes back liek 1/2hour later till I eat again, pattern repeats

i am exausted- I go to sleep at 4pm and wake up 6am. Normally if I take an afternoon nap I am up by 9pm at the latest

my stomache is bloated and hard.

I'm so thirsy even after I drink a whole 20oz bottle of water. If I don't drink alot of water my urine has a verry strong odor and dark color

my breasts hurt, somtimes out of nowhere, mostly when touched, even if lightly

i feel like I am kinda sick, but not really theres somthing different about it.

Well even though you don't think you need to take a test I would do it anyhow.Better yet,go to the doctor(your going to have to anyway to get all the care you need) and get a test done there.Good luck with it all.

Eating small, frequent meals that appeal to you is the only thing to help morning sickness. In severe cases, a doctor may prescribe you something but generally you get to suffer through it. Welcome to motherhood, let the suffering begin ;)

seriously, if you can find something you can tolerate the smell and taste of, eat it. After pregnancy you will probably never want to eat it again - odd how that works. Crackers work. Get lots of rest and do your best. Morning sickness doesn't last forever.

The first statement I made was I couldn't get an appointment untill 2 weeks after I called which is next week.....Thx for the congrats. Yea it took me all morning to eat a buttered bagel yesterday....Weirdly enough I feel pretty good today, I was eating junk food all morning :-d

Wow...Umm you dont even know for sure your pregnant yet your already making appts. Take a darn test, youd be surprised what your mind can make you believe.

You pay for the test. I'm a teen with 0 income. Besides i've never been to a doctor about sexual health anyway and i've been a bit permiscuous in the past and wanna get tested and I am sure.....I've though I was pregnant before I mean I was ballin and cryin cuz I thought I was ( you think that woulda made me be more carefull eh?) but I had no physical symptoms other than feeling a little sick but I knew it was just a cold the next day. I have been waking up feeling like I am going to puke for the past 3 weeks. My period has never been late. Explain how I would have so many symptoms and not be plz.

Check your phone book... There should be a planned parenthood clinic near you that provides free pregnancy tests. Most are walk-in and don't require an appointment.

Or you could scrounge up $3 and go get a walmart test.

Have you thought about what you're going to do if you are pregnant? What with no income and all...

Talk to your parents, they need to know things like this or your school nurse, or an aunt that you might be close to because if you are pregnant you need to get in and get a pre-natal visit started as it is very important!

Yeah...If you have no income how are you gonna support a child?

Okay the only way I get money is by asking for it. Of course I get asked what it's for. Other than that I would have to steal it. The only person I have to ask is my mother. I can't tell her yet.... & I absolutly abhore lieing. It's killing me to keep this from her but I know it's easier than having to deal with her and school and self and others together

i already have an appointment at planned parenthood. I dont understand what the big deal is. Get a test. Get a test. Get a test. I told you I am deffinate and that I have an appt set up for asap. They do not have walk-ins. I told you I am taking all precautions of being pregnant. I am sure myself and see no need to take a test to be positive when I will find out in 5 days anyway for sure.

That is when I will tell my mom. I have too many things on my plate right now to listen to my mom to start health forum at me for the rest of my life right now, I have 2 projects due, makeup work in math, and my finals start tomorrow.

I told my guidance councelor and she is helping me get extensions on my projects and is going to put me in contact with services that can help me, like birth, parenting classes etc

what do you think i'm worried about. I am not worried about now till birth, I am worried about after that, I don't care about stretch marks on my stomache, or stretched anything else, or the growing discomfort i'll have, or what i'll do in sept when im all fat bellied and expected to go back to school.......I am worried about the financial situation for my child, and what I can do for it......My bf has a job ( and is being supportive, he started talking baby names as soon as I told him) my mom has a job( although she isn't financially stable), my dad has a job(but doesn't live with me and will prolly disown me when he finds out, like he did his brother when he found out he was gay...He says "i have no brother" it disgusts me) my sister has odd jobs ( i'm never sure about her on anything shes so flip floppy) I have other family that i'm not verry close to but they know i'm out here and express their love when we do commuticate ( once in a purple moon )
but I dont feel right asking anyone for money except for my bf b/c he's half responsible.

I know for a fact high school do give you a pregnacy test when I was in highschool I went and got a test done and sure enough I was pregnat..Go to the nurse and get one done..And there are free place every were around the world I bet that do them for nothing..So you dont wanna use rubbers so you want to get std or evem aids that crazy your young and being a teen parent is not fun..I was a teen mom

So how ridiculous are you going to feel if you aren't actually pregnant? It's not a good idea to go around claiming you are if you haven't tested or anything. It's awesome that you're so in tune with your body.. But you still should test so you can be absolutely sure you are. Like .Bridget said, scrounge up $3 &get a .Walmart brand test. What's it going to hurt if you already "know" you are?

Why are you pointing out that both your parents make money as well as your sister? This is your child and your responsibility. If you are pregnant (and just because you're late with a few symptoms doesn't mean you definitely are) then you need to decide what's best for your child. You can't rely on your family for money. Go get a job.

Lol i've never heard of highschools having pregnancy tests. Apparently my school doesn't have them.

It's not going to hurt anything. But it will be a waste of time, money, and effort. And it won't hurt anything not to either. Sure if i'm somehow wrong it would put my mind more at ease...But I wouldn't feel ridiculous, I would feel relieved.

Nothing bad is going to happen between now and next wednessday when my appointment is! I am taking all precautions! I will find out for sure then! My question was not, how do I find out whether of not im pregnant? It was what can I do to ease my discomfort?
