Ok so here's the deal. (1) I have to say that I enjoy sex a little too much because I have to have it everyday. (2) my main concern is that even though I have never had any complaints; i'm worried that I may be loose. I mean I have two children but even if I held out for at least six months after the first 3 months of having my second child, I would think that I would see some results. If any one know a good way to tighten up I would really like to know because it takes all the fun out of the one thing that can keep my stress level at a 1. Please help me fix this problem.

Hey, I had a friend tell me about this keegle exercise. All you do is you like hold in for 10 secounds and then let it go. Its like when you're going pee let some go and then hold it, until you're done. I know its wierd sounding but i've never once had a complaint from my boyfriend. ( what I mean by hold it in is like when you hold your pee)
