I just found out that I am pregnant. I have a 2 1/2 year old that weighs less than 30lbs. Is it ok to pick her up? I don't want to do anything that might cause problems. Thanks!!

Should Be Fine!!
From my experience with preganant women it is ok to lift your child and lift like you normally do...That is unless you have any condition that would put you at risk...Like incompatant cervix or what not. Just don't over excert your body with unsual excerise or activities. By the way congratulations. I would still ask my doc and see what they say.
