This realy doesn't sound healthy.. If you're that keen on losing weight, cut back on the starchy carbs and sugars, a lot of which comes from fruit. Try upping the protein intake. As a vegan, there are many alternatives, you can get protein powder shakes, I personally love the orange creamsicle one from popeyes, and at the bulk barn, they have this great stuff called trexturized vegetable protein. Just add water, and voila! Looks and tastes pretty much like ground beef, but it's all veggie!! And alllllllll protein. Increasing the protein will help in muscle rebuilding, and more muscle tissue will make you burn more fat! Resulting in a leaner look. Hope I helped some.
Oh, and 110k a day? Sorta excessive. Try some cardio and weights... I personally like doing a half hour of cardio, hour of weights, then another half hour of cardio 6 times a week. Works for me, but everyone is different!
