Q: Stayin In Shape..

Alright not to whine but my thutt (butt on my thighs) feels heavier and heavier and ive been exercising a lot and I teach a hip hop dance class still but im just wonderin any one know of some good exercises for toning that region up? Im doin good with the eating part..And im at 125 now at 5 months..And I know im not sposed to but I dont feel at all like myself.. Any one?
