Q: Man Boobs

I'm 14 years old and I have man boobs. I play many sports, and I am starting to run daily, but I do not know any weight exercises that would help get rid of my man boobs. I have had man boobs for roughly 2 years now, does that mean I need surgery? If anyone can tell me any exercises that would help my problem it would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, kiddo.

You're at an age where you're still growing, so maybe it's an after-affect of childhood. You know, baby fat?

Anyways, the best thng to do is chest presses. Or push-ups. Both of those toughen the bosom meat and should help with your predicament.

However, if you aren't overweight, and you find that being active and doing chest presses and pushups aren't helping, it never hurts to ask your doctor.

I'm sure it's just baby fat, though, and maybe maybe it's just in your head. :)
