Q: Sex Problem

I am a 35 year old male and I am not circumcised. In the past few months I have been having a problem with the seamen not escaping the penis. I am in no pain whatsoever and I am able to have an orgasm. Is this a problem I should be concerned with? Would a circumcision help?
