Q: Effexor Any Good For Gad??

I've only been on effexor for 2 weeks. I just started taking 150mg ed as my Dr. Started me at 37.5mg (very conservative). Do these types of antidepressants kick in sooner fro gad than they would for depression?? Or are you stuck w/ the 3-4 week waiting period like you are for major depression??
